- Week one: we map how the workflow runs today and hand you a written report and a walkthrough.
- Days 8 to 30: manual fix in place, written procedure agreed with your team, repeating steps automated, handover.
- One measure, agreed before we build: response time, quote turnaround, tickets resolved without the owner, or whichever fits.
- If week one shows nothing worth building, we say so, you pay $1,500 for the report, and the Sprint stops.
- Credited in full against month one of any plan started within 30 days.
Pricing
One workflow or the whole revenue engine. Same team either way.
Start with a 30-day Sprint on the workflow where the work piles up. Then pick a plan by function. Every plan has a named delivery lead, written milestones with sign-off criteria, and your current tools where practical.

What counts as a workflow
A workflow is one repeating process with a trigger, a chain of handoffs and an output we can measure. A quote request that becomes a sent quote. A lead that becomes a booked call. A ticket that becomes a resolved case. These are the ones we build most. Point at the line where the work piles up.
| Function | Workflow | Where we have built it |
|---|---|---|
| Sales | Lead intake and routing with a response-time target | Tools and supplies distributor to cruise lines |
| Sales | Quote and RFQ turnaround | Custom CRM for the same distributor (quotes, RFQs, orders) |
| Sales | Pipeline and lifecycle reporting | HubSpot operating hub for an EdTech marketing agency |
| Sales | Follow-up sequences by email and SMS, with a person approving each send | Trigger-and-draft SMS workflows in production |
| Marketing | Lead capture to CRM with attribution | Paid-ads-to-HubSpot attribution for the same agency |
| Marketing | Segmentation and enrichment before campaigns and trade shows | Marine electrical supplier, after its acquisition |
| Marketing | Campaign automation | HubSpot, Klaviyo and Mailchimp for the agency and its clients |
| Customer success | Ticket triage, automations and ticket KPIs | Customer success department at the distributor (Gorgias) |
| Customer success | Account, retainer-hour and renewal tracking | A dozen client accounts at the agency |
| Customer success | Weekly and monthly revenue reporting, operating dashboard | Reporting pipelines for education-services clients; revenue hub for the distributor |
| Operations (add-on) | Purchasing, quality, PMO, ERP adoption | Listed miner; marine supplier; research PMO at the agency |
Before we talk.
Do I have to start with a Sprint?
Yes. It is how we learn your workflow and how you learn how we work, with one result on the table before any monthly commitment.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Move up or down at the end of any month on One Function and Two Functions. Revenue Engine runs three months before it goes month to month. Embedded runs six months.
Which function should come first?
The one where the work piles up. For most B2B services firms that is sales (quotes and follow-up), then marketing (where leads come from), then customer success (what keeps clients). You choose; there is no fixed order.
What is not included?
Media spend, software licenses, and projects outside the plan (ERP implementation, custom systems, post-acquisition integration). Those are scoped during the Sprint and quoted separately.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Each plan has a monthly capacity set out in the agreement. If you need more in a given month, we tell you before we go over.
Why is the Embedded plan limited to two seats?
Because it takes a dedicated lead, a full-time engineer and a project manager, and we can run two of those pods at a time without lowering the quality of the other plans.
What does the fifteen-minute call cost?
Nothing.
Start with one workflow.
Bring the workflow where the work piles up: a quote that waits, a lead nobody follows up, a ticket that keeps coming back, or whatever still runs through you. We will talk through the problem, what fixing it is worth, and whether a 30-day Sprint is the right first step.
A 15-minute intro call.
